The birth of ‘The Sisterhood Community’

Heart of the Rose Festival is actually only one pice of a much bigger vision for the Land and this area of England…

This Sisterhood vision actually came to Sophie in a dream…similar to Heart of the Rose. In the dream Sophie was shown, over the next few years, to create something called ‘The Sisterhood Community’. A community that would ‘honour and celebrate the 4 stages of the Feminine: Maiden, Mother, Queen, Crone’. She was shown that Eridge was to provide a container throughout the year for the re-claiming of the Feminine and the weaving together of the wider ‘Sisterhood community’ in this area of England. With different teachers coming throughout the year to hold workshops, events and rights of passage, that would help honour, prepare and support women during these different cycles of Life. In the dream Sophie was shown that Heart of the Rose would be the ‘heart’ of ‘The Sisterhood Community’, that would take place once a year, where all women, of all ages would come together to celebrate, gather and support one another. In the dream, Sophie was shown women from youngest to oldest spiralling out of a fire at the festival and then told that Heart of the Rose was actually only going to be one piece of a much bigger web and divine Feminine vision and remembrance on the Land.

It is clear that the Mystery School that existed on the Land all those years ago is now ready to be reborn anew...

So how is ‘The Sisterhood Community’ starting to be created on the land at this time?

At the age of 18 Sophie had a clear remembrance that the reason her Soul had chosen to incarnate onto this Land and into this family, was to use it for the greater good of humanity and to bring ‘as much Light to the planet as possible’. To build and run a retreat centre, organic farm, conscious festivals and so much more. It has now literally been over 14 years of a lot of hard work, visioning, preparing, surrendering, trust, patience, faith, and laying the foundation for this vision, and only in the last year has it actually started to be possible and a retreat centre is able to very slowly start to be built on the Land…

Although the retreat center will ultimately be for all beings, and the Mystery School will ultimately be for men and women and all (please see ‘The Rose Mystery School’ for more), it is clear there is a deep call and need for sacred spaces to be created solely for the work and re-memberance of Women at this time. Thus in relation to ‘The Sisterhood Community’, whilst the retreat center is being built, we will also be building a yurt. This yurt will be called ‘The Temple of the Rose’ and from late 2024 onwards we will be starting to slowly run these sacred Feminine events, workshops, retreats and rites of passage on the land throughout the year. We also hope to lead pilgrimages across the world to different sacred Rose sites as well! ‘Heart of the Rose’ festival will then become, as the dream suggested, the apex of the year where all women of all ages of the community can come together to connect, celebrate, Awaken and have fun!
